Today we heard that the first paper titled: “Structural bioinformatics for rational drug design”, was accepted for publication in  Research and Practice in Thrombosis and Haemostasis. Many credits go to Soroush, Aggie and CheYee, and great work by Kanin!
This is a nice Christmas present!

Today the last unpublished chapter from Joram’s thesis was accepted for publication in the Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis. While Joram was unable to to the needed extra experiments, Gwen came to the rescue and did a good job in assuring the manuscript was accepted. Congratulations to all coauthors for providing this nice piece of work!

Today the Midterm check was held at the UM Hub in Brussels, Belgium. While the term midterm is a bit misplaced, it was a true and important check during which our REA Officer, Mrs Ozana Labunet was informed about all proceedings inside the doctoral network and provided the network with much appreciated feedback.

Today Kanin, Tara and Kanin chaired a focus session at the ISICEM congres in Brussels (Belgium).

A first presentation by Aggie and Soroush on their results within the PRAETORIAN doctoral network.
It went really fine and together with the experts from academia and industry the session was truely inspirational!
